JSW Neo Energy to acquire a renewable energy platform from O2 Power for $1.47bn.

JSW Neo Energy, a renewable energy company in India, agreed to acquire a renewable energy platform from O2 Power, a renewable energy platform, for $1.47bn. “We arethrilled to announce the acquisition of O2 Power’s 4.7 GW renewable energy platform which is JSW Energy’s largest acquisition since inception.
