Apax Trust to acquire a 28.83% stake in Prozone Realty from Nailsfield for $12.8m.

Apax Trust, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 28.83% stake in Prozone Realty, a construction company, from Intu, a real estate investment trust, for $12.8m.
