Norfolk Iron & Metal completed the acquisition of Straub Metal International.

Norfolk Iron & Metal, one of the nation's largest family-owned steel service centers, completed the acquisition of Straub Metal International, a stainless steel company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition further expands NIM's stainless steel sheet and coil product lines.
