Bissell Homecare completed the acquisition of Unger Enterprises.

Bissell Homecare, a company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of home cleaning products, completed the acquisition of Unger Enterprises, a leading provider of innovative professional cleaning solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unger was founded in Germany and has a footprint in the European professional market. Bissell can leverage Unger’s established European distribution networks to grow its own commercial line in the EU. Combining their manufacturing capabilities in the U.S. and Germany allows for better economies of scale and a more resilient supply chain.
