Kainos Capital-backed Wellful completed the acquisition of Ancient Nutrition.

Kainos Capital-backed Wellful, an omni-channel health and wellness platform, completed the acquisition of Ancient Nutrition, a provider of food nutritional products, from VMG Partners, a private equity firm.
