Warner Music Group to acquire the music catalogue of DWA Records.

Warner Music Group, an American multinational entertainment and record label, agreed to acquire the music catalogue of DWA Records, an Italian record label company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Italo Disco is the lifeblood of the Italian music scene and DWA has been at the heart of the scene for more than three decades.
