Berkshire Partners completed the investment in Electric Power Engineers.

Berkshire Partners, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Electric Power Engineers, an energy and power systems engineering and consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment from Berkshire will enable us to accelerate growth in pursuit of our goals, expanding our capabilities and enhancing our technological advantage, including through strategic acquisitions,” Hala Ballouz, Electric Power Engineers CEO.
