Wisetech Global completed the acquisition of Impexdocs from Acme Trade Group.

Wisetech Global, a provider of logistics execution software, completed the acquisition of Impexdocs, provider of a suite of global trade management solutions, from Acme Trade Group, a custom computer programming service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of ImpexDocs brings proven GTM capability to WiseTech’s solutions as well as a team of domain experts in global trade execution and compliance.
