Geomatikk Group completed the acquisition of LIFA Digital from LIFA.

Geomatikk Group, a company specializing in infrastructure management and protection, completed the acquisition of LIFA Digital, a Danish geospatial software solutions provider, from LIFA, a Danish chartered surveying company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "LIFA Digital has undergone impressive development in recent years, and we see continued potential in the solutions we offer our customers. With Geomatikk, LIFA Digital gains an owner experienced in managing IT companies, knowing the necessary investments and priorities to realize this potential," Thomas Hornbæk Boding, LIFA CEO.
