Integer Holdings completed the acquisition of Precision Coating from Katahdin Industries for $152m.

Integer Holdings, a global leader in medical device outsourcing, completed the acquisition of Precision Coating, a specialized provider of surface coating technologies for the MedTech industry, from Katahdin Industries, a provider of specialty coatings and surface treatments for medical, industrial, and aerospace applications, for $152m. “We are very excited about the acquisition of Precision Coating by Integer.
