Avista Healthcare Partners-backed GCM to acquire Precision Swiss Products.

Avista Healthcare Partners-backed GCM, a supplier of complex manufacturing services to leading OEMs in medical and aerospace markets, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Precision Swiss Products, a provider of innovative, micro feature machining solutions for customers across a variety of industries.
