Ryan Specialty completed the acquisition of Velocity from Oaktree.

Ryan Specialty, an international specialty insurance firm, completed the acquisition of Velocity, a risk management and specialty insurance coverage solutions provider, from Oaktree, an American global asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
