GTCR completed the acquisition of Concord Servicing.

GTCR, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Concord Servicing, a provider of software and administration services for specialized loan servicing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Concord is a clear leader in its unique segment of the financial services industry, and we believe that through strategic M&A and investments in key functions and products, we can further broaden Concord's offering to serve the expanding administration needs of the loan originator and investor communities.
