Howard Energy Partners, a private energy infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of ethylene pipeline from EPIC Midstream, a midstream logistics services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition aligns with our long-term strategy of building a diversified midstream company through organic growth and acquisitions, anchored by long-term contracts.
