Dumarey Group to acquire Powertrain US engineering services business from MAHLE.

Dumarey Group, a company specializing in powertrain development and manufacturing, agreed to acquire Powertrain US engineering services business from MAHLE, an automotive supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the Dumarey Group we have found a buyer with a strong US focus and corresponding dedicated growth strategy for this market that will be able to lead the business outside the MAHLE Group into a successful future," Dr. Marco Warth, MAHLE Group Vice President Corporate Research and Advanced Engineering.
