Abenex-backed Di Marco, an Italian food manufacturing company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pizzami, an Italian producer of gluten-free and lactose-free bakery products, with participation from the Galati Family. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Di Marco is a great opportunity for Pizzami. We are confident that together we can continue to bring innovation to the pizza market, especially pinsa, offering high-quality products and further consolidating our position in the gluten-free segment,” Roberto Galati, Pizzami CEO.
