Goldner Hawn-backed Matrix Adhesives Group completed the acquisition of Roman Products from Salt Creek Capital.

Goldner Hawn-backed Matrix Adhesives Group, an adhesive and sealant solutions development partner, completed the acquisition of Roman Products, a building material company, from Salt Creek Capital, a private equity firm.
