Advisense completed the acquisition of CR Consulting.

Advisense, a provider of governance, risk and compliance services, completed the acquisition of CR Consulting, a risk management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the addition of the talented risk experts in CR Consulting we are further strengthening our risk management capabilities in Denmark and in the Nordics. The acquisition is in line with Advisense’s strategy to become a leading governance, risk and compliance powerhouse in Europe. With the acquisition we will now have around 130 risk management experts in Advisense. This equips us very well for the continued development of our services to our clients in the Nordic financial market in navigating change and complex regulatory matters.
