Waud Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Mopec Group.​

Waud Capital Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Mopec Group, a designer and manufacturer of pathology, anatomy, mortuary, and necropsy equipment and supplies.
