Conrizon completed the acquisition of Portal Systems.

Conrizon, a provider of enterprise management software, completed the acquisition of Portal Systems, an independent provider of Enterprise Content Management and software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Portal Systems AG specializes in document management solutions for Microsoft 365 Cloud and is an excellent addition to our leading product portfolio for our customers and partners.
