Nordic Capital-backed Conscia, a provider of cybersecurity and networking solutions for mission-critical IT infrastructure in large European organizations, completed the acquisition of Silta, a medium-sized technology company with expertise in secure, connected, and managed hybrid cloud solutions and services.
