Runway Growth Capital and BC Partners completed the $131m investment in VertexOne.

Runway Growth Capital, an investment adviser to investment funds, and BC Partners Credit, a financing platform of BC Partners, completed the $131m investment in VertexOne, a provider of cloud-based SaaS solutions for electric, gas, and water utilities.
