Astorg-backed Corialis to acquire Gutmann Group.

Astorg-backed Corialis, a European designer and manufacturer of aluminium systems, agreed to acquire Gutmann Group, a renowned German manufacturer specializing in aluminium profile systems for windows, doors, and facades. Financial terms were not disclosed.
