Waaree Energies to acquire Enel Green Power India from Enel Green Power for $92m.

Waaree Energies, a solar panel manufacturing and installation company, agreed to acquire Enel Green Power India from Enel Green Power, a multinational renewable energy corporation, for $92m. “Our mission is the green energy transition, and this acquisition marks a significant milestone in our overall growth strategy. By integrating EGP India’s portfolio, we have a strong runway for additional business opportunities.
