Fondo Italiano d'Investimento, an asset management company, completed the acquisition of 70% stake in Scatolificio del Garda, a company that manufactures and distributes disposable paper-based packaging, for €15m. "I am very pleased with Fondo Italiano's investment in our company, through FIAF, and excited to take further significant steps towards growth together.
