Mirrow Institute completed the acquisition of the CCF Kavines from Bertona Holdings.

Mirrow Institute, an Estonia‑based holding company that focuses on acquiring and operating hospitality and restaurant businesses across the Baltic region, completed the acquisition of the CCF Kavines, an operator of Caif Cafe chain of cafes, from Bertona Holdings, a retail and real estate holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
