Wolseley Group completed the acquisition of Bluebay Building Products.

Wolseley Group, a company specializing in plumbing, heating, cooling, and utility products, completed the acquisition of Bluebay Building Products, a UK-based distributor of specialist civil engineering and construction building products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
