Altor-backed Nordic Climate Group completed the acquisition of Kølegruppen.

Altor-backed Nordic Climate Group, a company specializing in cooling, heating, and energy-efficient installations, completed the acquisition of Kølegruppen, a Danish refrigeration contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We think in terms of the future. We’re driven and have built a capacity for development that we hope to share with others in Nordic Climate Group.
