Lantheus to acquire Life Molecular Imaging for $400m.

Lantheus, a radiopharmaceutical-focused company, agreed to acquire Life Molecular Imaging, a global radiopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing and offering novel cutting-edge radiopharmaceuticals, for $400m. "This acquisition aligns with our strategy to drive long-term growth and value creation by investing in high-potential, complementary assets and R&D capabilities to strengthen our radiopharmaceutical leadership," Brian Markison, Lantheus CEO.
