Drewsen Spezialpapiere, a manufacturer of uncoated, wood-free specialty papers, completed the acquisition of Portals Paper, a manufacturer of high-security papers, passport papers, and identity documents, for £18.907m. “Today’s announcement is not just a consolidation of resources, but an arrangement that will benefit our customers, our employees and for the wider the industry itself.
