PQ Group, a global provider of silicates, silicas and derivative products, completed the acquisition of specialty silicate business from Sibelo, a global material solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PQ is pleased to complete this transaction with Sibelco and we are excited to begin offering our products and service to new customers in the region.
