Mariner to acquire Cassady Schiller Wealth, Jenkins Wealth and Triton Financial Group.

Mariner, a privately held national financial services firm, agreed to acquire Cassady Schiller Wealth, a comprehensive financial services firm, Jenkins Wealth, a comprehensive wealth management firm, and Triton Financial Group, an independent, fee-based financial planning firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
