Interpath Advisory to acquire Kerkhoff Consulting.

Interpath Advisory, a UK-based financial advisory and restructuring firm, agreed to acquire Kerkhoff Consulting, a German management consultancy specializing in purchasing and supply chain management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Kerkhoff Consulting is a milestone for our expansion in Europe.
