Resource Partners-backed Buglo Play, Poland's largest manufacturer of playgrounds, completed the acquisition of LeikkiSet, Finnish company specializing in playground equipment, outdoor fitness, and urban furniture. Financial terms were not disclosed. This marks another milestone for Buglo in its mission to become one of Europe’s top three playground equipment manufacturers. With Leikkiset - a trusted distributor and Finland’s second-largest player - Buglo strengthens its presence in Finland, while building a solid foothold across the Nordic region.
