Tucker’s Farm-backed Wonder Franchises completed the acquisition of Pizza Factory.

Wonder Franchises, a holding company subsidiary of Tucker’s Farm, completed the acquisition of Pizza Factory, a quick-service restaurant franchisor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re extremely excited to be acquiring Pizza Factory and to be partnering with MJ to take Pizza Factory to the next level.
