Imperial Dade completed the acquisition of S. Freedman & Sons.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products, and janitorial supplies, completed the acquisition of S. Freedman & Sons, a distributor of cleaning chemicals, floor machines & accessories. Financial terms were not disclosed. “On behalf of the entire S.
