Berkshire Partners and Court Square Capital to invest in Thrive.

Berkshire Partners, a specialist investor in private and public equity, and Court Square Capital, a middle market private equity firm, agreed to invest in Thrive, a provider of cybersecurity, cloud, and IT managed services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thrive’s impressive leadership team has built a remarkable organization, and we are thrilled to begin our partnership alongside Court Square.
