KWD Recycling to acquire the recycling business of Bord na Móna.

KWD Recycling, a waste and recycling firm, agreed to acquire the recycling business of Bord na Móna, a semi-state company in Ireland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction follows a strategic review conducted by Bord na Móna of its recycling business which concluded that a sale would enable the business to achieve the scale and efficiency required for sustained growth, profitability and employment.
