Tonello, a manufacturer of industrial machinery and technologies for garment finishing, completed the acquisition of Flainox, an Italian company that designs and manufactures dyeing and finishing machinery for the textile industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents a fundamental step in our growth journey.
