Laminam completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Iberstone from the Zapatero family.

Laminam, an Italy-based manufacturer of large-format ceramic slabs, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Iberstone, a Zaragoza-based Spanish distributor of large-format Laminam slabs and natural stone, from the Zapatero family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
