Stellex Capital Management completed the acquisition of Industrial Construction Services.

Stellex Capital Management, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Industrial Construction Services Holding, a provider of electrical services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join forces with Stellex, a partnership that we believe will enable ICS to embark on the next chapter of growth," Cory Borchardt, ICS CEO.
