GBSAPRI to acquire Solari Assicurazioni and Seabridge.

GBSAPRI, an independent Italian company specializing in insurance brokerage and risk management, agreed to acquire Solari Assicurazioni, an insurance brokerage and consultancy company, and Seabridge, an insurance and risk management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership presents significant growth potential for Seabridge.
