Commerce7, a provider of direct-to-consumer solutions for wineries, agreed to acquire the Saas division of WineDirect, a winery direct-to-consumer services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to join forces with Commerce7 to deliver even greater value to the wine industry.
