Bureau Veritas to acquire Contec AQS.

Bureau Veritas, a French company specialized in testing, inspection and certification, agreed to acquire Contec AQS, a technical consulting services provider in the field of workplace safety. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is in line with our objective of expanding our leadership in the infrastructure space in Europe, as planned in our LEAP | 28 strategy. Within Italy, the addition of these three companies will augment our capabilities and bring additional benefits to our clients,” Hinda Gharbi, Bureau Veritas CEO.
