JRS Group completed the acquisition of Naturheld from Ziegler Group.

JRS Group, a company specializing in plant fiber technology, completed the acquisition of Naturheld, a brand that specializes in wood fiber insulation products, from Ziegler Group, a provider of logistic services and multimodal transport. "We are looking forward to entering the attractive growth market of natural insulation solutions with Naturheld. As an experienced producer of wood fiber products, among other things, we are very familiar with the production technology and the raw materials markets and are firmly convinced that we can lead Naturheld into a successful future," Nils Gersonde, JRS Group CFO.
