Levine Leichtman Capital to acquire SYNERGY HomeCare from NexPhase Capital.

Levine Leichtman Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire SYNERGY HomeCare, an industry provider of in-home care services, from NexPhase Capital, a private equity firm.
