Ascentium completed the acquisition of Virtuzone.

Ascentium, a business services platform dedicated to helping businesses scale greater heights completed the acquisition of Virtuzone, company formation specialist and corporate service provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. In line with the acquisition, Ascentium will provide additional resources to Virtuzone, enabling the Dubai-based company to expand its suite of corporate services, strengthen its local presence, and serve as a catalyst for Ascentium's expansion into the Middle East.
