Magellan Partners to acquire VPWhite.

Magellan Partners, a consulting and technology group, agreed to acquire VPWhite, a specialist in ESG consulting and the digitization of extra-financial processes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We share VPWhite's strong convictions in terms of social and environmental impact.
