Groupe SEB to acquire La Brigade de Buyer from Edify.

Groupe SEB, a manufacturer of small domestic appliances and cookware, agreed to acquire La Brigade de Buyer, a company offering premium cookware subscription services, from Edify, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of La Brigade de Buyer is part of our ambition to strengthen our leadership in the professional and premium segments, in France and internationally, while preserving and promoting the unique know-how of these iconic brands.
