Pivotal Growth completed the acquisition of Radcliffe & Newlands Mortgages.

Pivotal Growth, a joint venture between LSL Property Services and Pollen Street Capital, specializing in investing in mortgage and protection brokerages, completed the acquisition of Radcliffe & Newlands Mortgages, a provider of tailored mortgage and protection insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
